Join the Greater Buda Chamber of Commerce for our first Business Expo & Job Fair — a one-stop opportunity to connect with local businesses, explore career opportunities, and showcase your brand to the Buda community.

DEADLINE TO REGISTER: WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 4th

What to Expect

For Vendors:

  • A curated expo with a balanced mix of industries

  • 35 total vendor booths with intentional spacing and clear traffic flow

  • One main entrance designed to guide attendees through the full expo

  • Dedicated areas including a stage, hiring lounge, and food court to encourage attendee circulation

  • Tiered booth placement (Standard, Preferred, and Premium) based on visibility

  • Promotion through Chamber email, website, and social media channels

  • Onsite Chamber staff support during load-in and throughout the event

Vendor Setup Details:

  • Booth size: 10’ x 10’

  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, displays, and booth setup

  • Electricity is included for booths as requested and based on placement availability

  • Load-in and setup times will be provided in advance

  • Vendor participation is subject to final approval by the Greater Buda Chamber of Commerce to ensure a balanced mix of industries and the best experience for attendees. Booth availability may be limited by category.
